Area Rugs
Each rug is individually
cleaned. After industrial vacuuming the rug front and back, the
rugs are pre-spotted, hand washed front and back in a mild coconut
oil solution, then thoroughly rinsed. They are air dried and
then individually wrapped in clear plastic for protection and
transit.
Tips
for Dry Cleaners
Please review the following
information with your customer in order to address stain and
heavy soil issues.
- Please be sure to get your customer's complete name and daytime phone number.
- Stains that don't come out - Animal urine and vomit, red wine, food coloring, felt pen markings, and some coffee and tea stains. Stains are sometimes more apparent after washing.
- Heavy soil - Deep soil especially in light colors may appear gray and is extremely difficult to remove.
- Fringes - Although extra attention is given to fringes, often they will not come totally white. Bleaching will tend to deteriorate the fringe material.
- Fugitive dyes - can't be prevented from floating from one area to another. We are very attentive to the potential problem and attempt to control any movement of dyes. However, we can't guarantee against color bleeding.
- Extra services available: Enzyme treatment, mothproofing, odor removal, stain repellant and repairs.
